My Story
Welcome to Kind Teas. I’m Karen, the founder.
Kind Teas began with a simple belief: that tea can be a meaningful form of daily care. Having navigated life’s many transitions and emotional challenges, I wanted to create blends that offer genuine companionship through every stage of life.
Each blend is crafted with purpose and a deep respect for herbal wisdom. I hand-develop every recipe, drawing on global traditions and botanical research. From our collections tailored for life’s mid-way transitions to our unique men’s range, our teas are designed to provide a purposeful sensory experience that goes beyond just great taste.
Everything I do is grounded in sustainability and transparency. This means plastic-free packaging, careful sourcing, and I hope our teas bring a moment of kindness to every day.
