Our Story
A Journey through Menopause with Compassion and Holistic Healing
Our Story
In the heart of my own kitchen, I began crafting specially blended herbal teas to support various menopausal symptoms. These teas, made from 100% natural roots, leaves, herbs, flowers, and fruits, are not just beverages; they are a source of comfort and relief during this transformative phase.

At Kind Teas, we believe in the power of ceremony. I encourage every tea drinker to embrace the ritual of brewing our herbal loose teas—a moment of self-indulgence and relaxation. It's more than just a cup of tea; it's a holistic approach to health, a pause in the busy day to nurture the body and soul.

My Story
A Personal Journey to Hormonal Comfort - Pure & Powerful
During my childhood, I recall observing my parents engage in a meticulous ritual of hand-selecting herbs, barks, and flowers, either cultivated by them or procured in a dried state. In the confines of our kitchen, they cleverly blended and simmered these botanical elements, diffusing the air with an array of unfamiliar fragrances. While I cannot remember sampling these creations personally, I distinctly recall witnessing the successive transformation in my parents' well-being, as any ailments they had seemed to evaporate miraculously after consumption.
Initially, I perceived all of these incidents as typically normal and promptly relegated them to the back of my mind. However, as time passed and I navigated the challenges of my personal menopausal journey, I became extremely aware of my diminishing ability to regulate a body that had once been under my complete control. Symptoms manifested in the form of overheating, sluggishness, cognitive disarray, bodily discomfort, and an accelerated aging process, all of which proved immensely frustrating and embarrassing. Simultaneously, my dietary tendencies underwent a transformation, resulting in an unwelcome proneness for weight gain. My emotional state swung erratically, similar to that of a spirited child one moment and then plunging into melancholy with minimal provocation. Faced with these difficulties, I recognized the important need for proactive measures to restore equilibrium.
Inspired by the practices observed in my parents' endeavours many years earlier, I embarked on a journey to prioritize the nurturing of my body, mind, and overall well-being. Enrolling on a Herbal Botanist course, I delved into the intricate world of herbs, flowers, leaves, and roots that had captivated my senses during my childhood.
Experimenting in my kitchen laboratory, I meticulously crafted three distinct teas tailored to accompany me through each segment of the day—morning, noon, and night—each infused with its own blend of botanical goodness. This endeavour was not only a dedication to self-care but also a testament to my commitment to personal growth and resilience.
I shared with my sisters and friends the ritual of tea, each navigating their unique menopausal paths. As positive feedback poured in, I recognized the potential to extend this support to others. Thus, Kind Teas emerged, crafted from my own experiences of desperation, passion, and love. They offer comfort and equilibrium for those moving through the menopausal journey, whether neglecting themselves sporadically or forgetting moments of introspection.
Like me, I encourage embracing this opportunity to nurture your body with care and kindness. – Founder K.T Jones
