RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. In the case of tea products, they must be unopened and in their original packaging due to health and safety reasons.
Return Process
To return an item, please email us at hello@kind-teas.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
Once you have your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to:

Please note: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless the product is defective or damaged.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days from the receipt of your item for the refund to be processed to your original payment method. We will notify you by email once the process is complete.
